I am honored to be invited to speak at the NAMI 2024 California Annual Conference. Please join me while we discuss “Heartbroken and Happy.” The role of a caretaker can be full of disappointment, grief, and hardship. This presentation will inform caretakers, they can be all those things, AND still be happy.

Caretaker Coach is very excited to announce New Book Launch, Caretaker Coach: How to Care for the Mentally Ill Without Losing Your Mind. Friday, March 22, 2024 to be held at New Method Wellness. Family members, caretakers, and mental health , and substance abuse professionals are invited to join. We will have coffee/tea/water, and snacks. Meet the author, Sharon Bell, MSW.
